Managing Risk

Every project has an element of risk, which needs to be considered before it’s too late – at the end of the project. Our years of experience give us a checklist for risk mitigation. We do this by;

• Discussing with clients the best way to foster mutual trust and by operating a ‘no surprises’ policy

• Defining the separate and joint responsibilities of the client and agency, and prioritising risks

• Where risk is identified, assign responsibility for risk monitoring and resolution

• Having regular reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
